Performance Roofing Systems, Inc., (PRS) established in 1991 by Brian Jaeger, President, is a leader in the commercial industrial roofing industry. Brian established PRS in the basement of his home in Richfield, Wisconsin, along with a 17-year-old pickup truck, $4,000 in savings, and the help from loyal friends and family. In 1992 PRS expanded and bought 32 acres of farmland and five outhouse buildings in Richfield where he had hoped to one day move the company and centralize all operations.
